Welcome to the 2008-09 dance season! It is my 24th dance season and it is, in fact, a recital year. Recital years are exciting, tiring, fun, frustrating, excuberant, exhausting and overall fullfilling. The students have a real feeling of accomplishment at the end of the season after all the butterflies in their bellies from perhaps their first stage appearance dies down. I see alot of proud moms and dads give big hugs and bouquets of flowers to their budding dancers; it is indeed a joyful sight. So batten down the hatches, because recital season...here we come!

I would also like to welcome Olivia to our assistant dance teacher program-Olivia is using the program as her Senior Project. She is a talented lovely girl with a wonderful spirit-good luck with your project and welcome once again!
